Con questa birra, ho l’ennesima dimostrazione della validità davvero eccezionale di questo birrificio. Perfetta sotto ogni punto di vista, forse un pò troppo gas, ma questo è un piccolo particolare.
Bottle at Il Punto. Glowing amber-orange-brown, clear, with a tall, airy head. Nose of rich toasty malt, bread, light caramel, a bit of cinnamon, raisin, and apple. Solid, malty flavor, dry finish with a touch of hop bitterness. Good bock, meaty, maybe a bit too bitter.

Locale. Pours clear dark amber with lazing beige head. Aroma has malt with caramel and some sweet fruity notes and grassy hops. Taste is semi-sweet yet surprisingly dry with malt, caramel and fruity notes. Finish is dry and malty with some hints of alcohol.
Deep brown with a spotty white head. Aroma is booze, malt, and barley. Taste is bread, malt, chocolate, and caramel.

UPDATED: DEC 14, 2016 Birra di uno splendido colore ambrato limpido e profondo. Ma il colore è l?unica cosa degna di nota. Al naso si percepisce un po di caramello mentre in bocca l?unica nota che ho sentito è un po di amaro sul finale vagamente associabile ad arancia.. Poco zuccherina. Insomma tutto poco. Keg at the brewery restaurant. A clear ruby red amber colour pour with a sticky off white head. Aroma is semi sweet toffee and brown bread malts, tangy red berries, mineral, burnt sugars. Flavour is composed medium sweet rounded layered malts, toffee and brown sugars, dried raisin with a hint of rum. Palate is medium sweet, sticky, moderate carbonation.
