COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
It is a Bavarian-style Weizen (made with a blend of barley and grain malt) produced by way of decoction, with 5% alcohol by volume (12 Plato degrees). Aromatic and refreshing, it is more effervescent than other Birrificio Italiano® beers.

On tap at Pudel, Tallinn. Hazy yellow with a lasting, dense, white head. Mild fruity and yeasty aroma with notes of not-so-ripe bananas, yeast and hints of cloves and citrus. Moderate to medium sweet with mild, but fairly pleasant fruity and wheaty flavours and a light acidity.

UPDATED: MAY 1, 2017 330ml bottle. Slightly hazy pale yellow colour. Medium white head which disappeared quite quickly. Earthy notes, banana, flowery notes in the aroma. Banana, slight hints of yeast, flowery notes. Earthy notes, flowery notes, hints of candy sugar in the end. Flowery, bit earthy aftertaste with notes of banana. Light bodied, medium carbonated, well drinkable, classical weizen. Very good. On tap at Pudel bar. Pours slightly hazy golden yellow colour. Fruitness, notes of banana, slight sweetness in the aroma. Notes of candy sugar, malts, flowery notes in the taste. Notes of banana in the aftertaste. Really nice silky body. Moderately carbonated, refreshing weizen.
