(Thx! for sharing!) Sampled draft @ Italian BEER Week-End #5. Clear pale citrus, fluffy white head. Nose is big grain, flowers, lightly soapy, low vegetable lager qualities, easy, mellow overall. Taste is easy grain, soap, low vegetable, low bouillon touch, decent,… Grainy body,… Not bad but the soap & vegetable notes don’t make it entirely to my liking. Drinks easily, nothing bothers. Decent but not great. Expected a bit more to be honest, giving the reputation of this breweries other Pilsner. Ungstrup (38414) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - AUG 10, 2016
