June 5th 2010. AKA Sparrow Pit ! Cloudy amber beer, reasonable white head. A little sherbet fruit on the nose. Softish dry palate. Surprisngly a little sour but also has pineapple sweets and a little caramel malt. There is a little warmth in the finish but otherwise disguises it’s abv well.

Bottle 100 cl. RBESG Rome 2010. Pours a cloudy opaque amber with an off-white head. The nose has tart fruit and flowers with a whiff of wood. Quite full-bodied, caramel and wood, exotic fruit accents and again a light tartness. The finish is quite alcoholic. Interesting. 050610 fiulijn (21471) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 17, 2011
