COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
NoNeim Red is an Amber Ale beer, top-fermented, produced according to an English methodology. Beer recalls an amber color, reddish, with a compact foam, persistent cream. The nose aroma balanced with sweet scent of malt and slightly toasted notes. It remains a dry beer with lingering bitterness. At empty glass, we recommend that you let pass a few minutes and then try to enjoy the scent of chestnut honey that is released. The Red Noneim is not overly alcoholic, but his perception of alcohol remains high. The ideal serving temperature is between 6 ° and 8 °. Full-bodied beer to pair with cheese, pasta dishes such a amatriciana, game, grilled red meat, stuffed pizzas.

Cloudy amber color; frothy head. Nice aroma of leafy hops and cheesy yeast. Smooth mouthfeel in the front, it has a very good character from the yeast, fruity and astringent, a bit orangey. A bit dirty, but pretty good. (I suspect they bottled the same beer in the Blond and Red bottles).
