Il prodotto finale avrà note spiccate di caffe appena fatto, in un colore marrone tonaca di frate. Pur avendo al palato le note classiche di una tradizionale birra, spicca al naso e nel retrogusto un timbro netto di caffè aromatico quale è il Huehuetenango.
This beer is an ale, amber-colored discharge high fermentation produced using traditional English malts and hops. The particularity of this beer is absolutely innovative in the use of Huehuetenango coffee beans, toasted or not. The final product will be marked notes of fresh coffee in a brown robe of a monk. Bottle from Domus Birrae, Rome. Almost black, beige head. Lovely coffee flavour, the Italians know a thing or two about coffee.. Splendid balance - fruit, bitter coffee, sweet milk, dry finish. A little soot and sourness in the tail. One of the big surprises of the year.
