Forse sarò esagerato ma considerando che è una pils e che è uno stile che non ho mai amato particolarmente, questa mi è piaciuta tantissimo, mi ha folgorato! Fresca leggera fragrante saporita amara e dolcina allo stesso tempo! Veramente fantastica!!! lachrymalisis (441) - Washington, USA - SEP 21, 2011
Regardless, poured a bottle into a pilsner glas and observed a cream-colored head form to about three fingers in depth. Looks creamy like fluff.
Smells like a more German-style pilsner—slightly peachy, but dry at the same time. Nice doughy-yeast quality and mild pine-hop aroma. Crisp and clean with a hint of candy or caramel.
Tastes so damn creamy! The mouthfeel is noticed before the taste! Great pilsner breadiness with wonderfully balanced and crisp hop profile. Touch of grass quality along the sides of the tongue. Did I mention that the carbonation dissolves into the creamiest texture you could ever imagine? Amazing mouthfeel on this beer.
Find this one. It is incredible. beastiefan2k (3981) - HdG (past: NYC, KS, Rain City), Maryland, USA - OCT 18, 2009
Comes to me beautifully with a thick, pillow-y, strong head. This sits on a dark golden, lightly orange, thick colored body. Cannot see through it, not murky or muddy, just a thick color. It glistens beautifully at the candle lit table where I sat. Looks great. With this beer I thought I was going to get a nice Italian rendition of a crisp, snappy, Saaz filled pilsner. I should have known better with those tricky I-ties. Aroma hits you with brett, yes brett. Its the goat-oil like, De Proef common that dominates, no pils or anything resembling a pils component underneath that. Flavor is a bit sweet type of floralness. That is accompanied by a nicely thick and velvety mouthfeel. Works great, this was a Belgian ale by my palate.

On tap @ Beer Table, served in a tall stemmed flute glass.
Shorty 11.2 oz bottle. Green tinted yellow body, filtered. Massive foamy head. A pretty damn nice Pils, some luscious effervescence to boot. Noble hop tinged buttery golden malt. A quality beer, the mouthfeel really makes it shine. A touch sugary, gives it a fuller body, richness than the ABV would suggest. daniele (9063) - ITALY - JUL 13, 2009

Bottle. Clear gold. Small white head. Aroma is floral, grassy, biscuity, bready, mildly earthy. Flavor of crisp, freshly crushed grains and grassy, bitter hops, subtle notes of earth in the background. Medium to medium/light body, balanced carbonation, drier finish, easy to drink. Decent pils. Put it in a $10 6-pack and I’d buy it regularly. redlight (2318) - Orlando, Florida, USA - DEC 24, 2009
draft @ redlight redlight. Huge grassy nose with hints of bread and a spiciness. Pours golden blonde with a huge white head with bubbles cascading up. Smooth malts with notes of honey and earthy bitter grassy hops. Nice mouthfeel, not too thin. Teege (375) - Orlando, Florida, USA - DEC 24, 2009
Draft at redlight redlight. Pours golden with white head. Lots of grass in the nose. Herbal notes but not overwhelming. The flavor is good and crisp but big for the style. A very good hoppy pilsener. willblake (2654) - Bel Air, Maryland, USA - MAR 28, 2010
20100328 330 ml bottle at Max’s which was on special(?) for $3.25. Light gold color with fleeting white head and much visible eff. Aroma is quite mild but nice white toast and grassy, barn floor hay, cucumber, fresh cut grass. Light but spritzy body, maybe a bit too heavily carbonated, clean dry refreshing finish. Flavor adds huge saaz presence, gripping grassy hop bitterness with lemony touches. This is a damn nice pils, but to buy it in a store for seven or eight bucks? No way. This was a pleasant surprise today. Dickinsonbeer (5074) - Hoboken, New Jersey, USA - APR 28, 2010
Fucking willblake with his Max’s ridiculous price specials! Got my 12 oz bottle at Abe’s for $7.50! Fuck. Pours a hazy light golden with nice vigorous carbonation and an initial big fluffy white head but fades to a film. Aroma is earthy spicy saaz hops a bit green and grassy but mostly fresh with a good fresh doughy pils malt backbone. Flavor is a slight green grassy vegetal kick upfront then fresh floral and spicy saaz, very woodsy and earthy all around with good doughy pils malt fighting to clean up the herbal grassy and woodsy hop character- some mineral, and clean bitterness, and fairly soft in the end. Pretty good- wish the head didnt fade on me.
