Another winner in an evening of good brews. Big, fizzing head. Aroma has lime and flowers, but a yeasty-soapy undertone also. Light green-khaki color. The flavor has sweet fruity notes, melon, and a bit of Italian soda flavor and chewing gum. Interesting grains in the finish, and I could taste a bit of amaranth (it also has quinoa, rice, and tapioca!). Plenty of foam and nice carbonation. A very good and adventurous brew, but overpriced. On tap. Hazy pale amber color/ white head. Pleasant tart wheat, herbal, spicy , vegetal aromas. medium bodied. Citrusy tart wheat flavors with unknown nutty, earthy root herbs (amaranth, quinoa?) Reminds me a little of Gift Of The Magi minus the big alcohol twang. 5% abv i could drink this brew all day long, damn. Travlr (25268) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - JAN 11, 2010
Cloudy golden color with a large white head that settles quickly to leave delicate lacing.
Aroma of sweaty gym clothes and thigh perspiration from Cuban virgins.
Flavor is a whirlwind of spices - anise, wet grass, in a slightly sour base and a red/malt vinegar finish.
Very interesting, but I’m not sure I could drink more than one. kayres (888) - , Georgia, USA - MAY 14, 2012
Rated to style. Crystal clear golden orange thin white head. Yeasty wheaty aroma. Smooth lemony yeasty flavors clean

I had this on tap at Beachwood BBQ’s Italian Beer Festival. I thought that this was an interesting beer, it starts out sort of like a hefe, w/ banana flavors, but finishes more like a berliner weisse. All in all I liked it.

Bottle shared by haggerty. Pours cloudy blonde with a decent white head and a fruity aroma. There is an effervescent fruit flavor with a distinct rice finish. The flavor is rather strange, but it is refreshing and easy to drink. TheBeerGod (6233) - Newport News, Virginia, USA - OCT 22, 2011
Bottle. Label shows this as 4.7% ABV. Pours a cloudy amber with a tall, dense, foamy tan head. Smells like antique furniture, herbs and old books with a touch of grains in the background. Taste is grainy and slightly herbal with dusty yeast, dried fruit, light spice and sweet malt. Body is light with a strong, bubbly carbonation. Body is essentially like a wit bier. Ends with more grains, soft fruit notes, cereal, sweet malt, light herbal notes, and dusty yeast. cmonster (1000) - Portland, Oregon, USA - NOV 16, 2011
Bottle at Haggerty’s Fantasy Tasting. Pours hazy yellow orange with a very short white head that stays as film. Aroma is that of a saison. Yeast and fruit. Light-medium body, bubbly carbonation, and a grainy finish. I enjoyed this. bu11zeye (13029) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - FEB 17, 2010
(500ml bottle) Pours a clear golden body with a medium white head. Aroma of florals, earth, grass, cereal, and dough. Flavor of grass, citrus, florals, toasted grain, nuts, and rice. michael-pollack (4959) - King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 20, 2010
500ml Bottle: Sweet, floral aroma of fruit, citrus, pale malt, slight spice, pollen, flowers, lemon, and wheat. Poured yellow/flaxen/orange in color with a small, fizzy, white head that diminished but lasted throughout. Cloudy. Very sparkling. Full of tiny particles throughout. Flavor is lightly sweet and lightly bitter. Tastes of malt, wheat, fruit, citrus, pollen, slight bubblegum, and a hint of spice. Medium body. Lightly dry texture. Average to lively carbonation. Wheat, citrus, and pollen finish is slightly dry.
