Clear medium to dark amber orange colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, moderate hoppy, dusty hops. Flavour is moderate sweet, light light acidic and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, caramel, light tart fruit - malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
Hazy golden yellow with white foma head, lasting but not too lacing. Aroma is nice and hoppy, so is taste a nice bitter beer. Aftertaste is surprisinly long lasting. (Catania 201212) madmitch76 (25568) - , Essex, ENGLAND - NOV 8, 2012

Bottle from the ’Botega’ shop next to St Peters, Modica, Sicily. Very hazy amber beer, big pale cream coloured head. The palate is crisp and fairly dry. Dry but creamy malt base supports mild citric hops. Minerals. Finishes creamy and dry. Slightly frustrating - finally some hops but there just isn’t enough of them. Drinkable though.
