Citrus, spices, cloudy yellow with a good white head, light body, medium carbonation, a bit watery, intense notes of citrus...not my favorite witbier.

Colore giallo carico, schiuma assente, bassissima carbonazione.

Soffice Carbonatazione, veramente leggera in bocca senza mai diventare acquosa o slegata.

33 cl [email protected] in footed [email protected] 9 degrees (too warm) Pours slightly hazy yellow with small white head with short retention and hardly any lacing. Aroma of malt and bergamot with a sourness that is not very becoming. Tast of light beer with a little fruit, spice and yeast with a hint of hoppy bitterness kicking in at the end. The style is supposed to be wit, but it is nowhere near a good example of that style. To top it off, this beer has a very watery texture and mouthfeel. The bottle I had was three months past BBF, but as it has been stored in my cellar, I doubt this is a decisive factor. First beer from Birrifico Rurale that has been a disappointment.
