COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Birra in stile American Pale Ale, prodotta artigianalmente utilizzando acqua, malto d’orzo, luppolo e lievito.

From tap craft&draft a’dam. Aroma is very nice citrus, grassy, even some coconut and a hint of vanilla, white fruit. Taste is very well balanced, medium bitter, nice citrussy smooth. Low carbonation, might have been a bit more carbonated though.. Very nice

Sampled from tap at ’Craft & Draft’. Clear, golden yellow with a white head. Fruity-grassy aroma of lemon, pomelo and grapefruit. Slightly bitter, grassy-fruity taste of lemon, pomelo and grapefruit, followed by a short, medium bitter, grassy finish. Thin to medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!

330ml bottle. Appearance: Cloudy yellow with anaverage off white head. OK retention, but the head hardly leaves any lacing. Aroma: citrusy, hoppy aroma mith a hint of spices, lemon zest. Taste: Citrus hops upfront, light sweet, a hint of hopsourness., With a good citruusy hoppy bitterness. Fresh crisp taste.grassy hops further in the back. Moderate body, averagge combination. Nice ffocus and implementation of the citrus hops, but lacks a bit complexity to be great.

courtesy of Jasmina - hazy golden yellow beer with a little foam left; the aroma is citric with hints of caramel; medium-bodied, fairly bitter with a long fresh hoppy fruity finish (citrus and grapefruit)

330ml [email protected] in tulip [email protected] 9 degrees C. Pours cloudy, yellow with average off white head. OK retention, hardly any lacing. Delicious citrusy, hoppy aroma mith a hint of spice and lemon zest. Taste again dominated by the citrussy hop but with a good balance with the maltiness. Aftertaste very focused fresh, citrussy, grassy hop. Depending on your taste you can call this ale simple or focused and I definitely go for the latter. Very nice!

Bottle. Hazy amber pour with thick white head. Aroma has lots of tropical fruit and just a hint of fresh sourness. Taste is balanced with lightly bitter notes. Quite sweet. Medium carbonation
