COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Birra in stile American Pale Ale, prodotta artigianalmente utilizzando acqua, malto d’orzo, luppolo e lievito. Dedicata alle varietà di luppolo americane, presenta aromi agrumati e resinosi, sentori balsamici di pino mugo e pompelmo che si bilanciano al gusto con un malto importante, prima dell’arrivo di un amaro intenso, pulito e avvolgente, che non lascia mai sazi. Ottimo l’abbinamento con carni e formaggi a media stagionatura. Terzo Miglio stupisce per l’intensità e la complessità dei suoi aromi. Per apprezzarla al meglio, si consiglia di consumarla a 12°C e di conservarla al fresco.

Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate to light light heavy hoppy, pine, orange. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration. Grapefruit bitterness in the dry finish. Over dry. 5th June 2010. On tap at Blind Pig. Light semi dry palate. Some fresh hops but with no real presence. Finishes light.

Keg at Bir & Fud - Rome. Pours lightly hazed gold with a large, frothy white head. Aroma holds lots of dry citrus, lemon and grapefruit mostly. Light to medium sweet flavor, nice pithy citrus, grapefrut, light spice, dry grass, dry pale malts, faint anise. Light bodied with average carbonation. Fairly sweet to finish, some dry citrus, anise, dry pale malts, light minerals, pine needles. Very drinkable APA.
