JaKeAFC (1150) - ITALY - APR 21, 2012
UPDATED: FEB 24, 2017 Early 5.6% version. 75cl bottle from the brewery. Dark yellow to light amber color, with two fingers creamy white head, leaving a persistent fine lace. Fresh strawy nose. Aroma: mostly herbal and spicy, straw, balsamic herbs. Maize plays a major role in the malts area. Taste: sweet start, almost immediately balanced with a nice amout of grassy hops. Palate: creamy, silky and foamy while in mouth, then dry bitter finish. Nice brew with local ingredients, good idea and good product. Original, fresh and easy to drink, very well done. 7 4 7 4 15 = 3.7

2017 version 5.2%
on tap. Golden color clear, sweetish and grainy, bubblegum, faint hops, really canny. Still not bad but was much better years ago. Lost its shine.
