3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
aroma is floral sage, sweet grass, spicy lemon, copper body with no head, flavor is extremely spiced, coriander, body is much thicker and heartier than expected, tastes much like a christmas ale or pumpkin beer, very spice dominate, but there is some nice complexity to the spices, a good balance o often over represented flavors in this sort of style, a good cool weather fall beer in my opinion, its going well with the time and place as I’m sipping it now on a cold october evening, foggy day in Berkeley
Crisp clear, refreshing! Picked this up on tap at Whole Paycheck on tap
It has a nice tea color to it. Not much carbonation, but it definitely goes down easily because of that. Slightly bitter aftertaste. All in all, a great gulp. Essence of Thai spices and it’ll knock your bootay. Definitely, worth a visit. ryanscourt (1567) - Latrobe, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 16, 2017
Strong honey flavors mixes with malt body. LIght basil finish. Herbal finish not bad. Probably as good as could be. bulldogops (2850) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - AUG 21, 2016
Rating #1977 2015.09.26 #CraftTakesSeattle Day 3, Beer 78 - Draught at Taphouse Grill. Pours a golden straw colour with a white foam that bubbles away quickly. Aroma is basil leaf, wildflower honey/ Taste is quite smooth, light wheat ale qualities, mild sweetness, with a punch of sweetness, and the herbal coolth of basil leaves. A refresher. smell is on point, honey and basil, light cereal in the back, some bitterness .. . mouth is solid, easy carbonation .. it’s a nice standard brew, food would be better with this kinda beer.. . . Pays his taxes

Pours a thin head on a hazy dark straw body.
The aroma is basil, honey and lemon. Nice.
The taste is harsh basil, lemon and a little honey. Not great.
The texture is crisp.
It’ smells great but the flavor has too much basil.

355ml bottle. Golden pour. Aroma is herbal basil, some malt. Flavor is okay, basily, not super dry, if you like basil try it. FROTHINGSLOSH (8291) - GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 20, 2015
Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured an orange-caramel color with a small foamy beige head that left minimal lacing. The aroma was malty, bready and sweetish with basil and honey notes. The flavor was bitter and bitey with a strong basil presence. Very long basil finish. Medium body. Interesting but the basil gets overwhelming. Sledutah (7977) - Utah, USA - JUN 13, 2015
12oz bottle from Fred Meyer in ID kayres (888) - , Georgia, USA - JUN 1, 2015
Pours clear dark golden, small off-white head, light lacing. Aroma is herbal, basil and honey. Taste is grassy, straw, herbal with a bitter finish
Not a fan of this.
Hazy copper with almost no head full sweet aroma. Sweet and vaguely herbal. Bit of lemon. Medium bodies and nearly flat, could be past its age.
