Our organic IPA uses Tomahawk, Cascade, and Centennial hops for a rustic, rough-hewn hop character that pairs great with food or relaxing among friends. Prominent citrus and pine aromas and bitterness that is not over the top balances this medium bodied copper-colored brew.

Hazy golden color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing on the glass. The aroma is mildly hoppy with some malt behind it. Light to medium body with a metallic character and notes of piney hops and grain. The finish is moderately bitter with a short hoppy aftertaste. Barely average overall.

Very malty IPA with a nice dry finish. Almost starts like a stout but it's surprisingly smooth. Very good organic beer, makes you feel healthy drinking it. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: OCT 5, 2013 Hazy amber orange color with an orange tinged head. Nice tooty fruity, juicy fruit aromas with floral, pine hops. medium body, average carbonation. Very nice tropical fruit flavors with floral, bitter piney hops in a solid pale malt base brew very good.

Not as hoppy as other IPAs, but it has a flavor that makes it sweeter and subdued enough to keep it true to style

July 2010. I guess if organic is your thing, it’s OK, but something went missing while making this IPA. Room for improvement.

I had this a long time back and somehow it didn’t get rated. This was a pretty standard IPA for me, and just a tad on the under-hopped side.

Bottle. Pours a hazy orange-amber color with a thin white head. Nose is a little bitter with a hint of citrus in there. Taste is somewhat bitter, but balanced well enough. Meh for the style.

The alcohol is actually 6.0% and it is brewed in Ukiah not Berkeley ( it was started in Berkeley) The description on this site says this is a winter seasonal but it would make a better summertime IPA. Light and easy drinking. Good for a float trip if it came in cans.

Bottle @ Yeah Burger V. Highlands. This is a pretty generic IPA that is not worth the extra buck - unless you really need organic beer.

Stevesie (336) - - JAN 13, 2013
Single bottle. Average aroma, decent orange pour. Lousy balance; too much malt, not enough hops; lacking in bitterness. Gritty finish. Utterly forgettable. But hey, it’s organic! Yawn.
