From a bottle. Pours hazy dull copper with a fizzy off white head. Tastes sweet, like tropical fruit, floral, light herb dryness, toasted malt. Light body and low carbonation. Smells and tropical fruit, light malt, light wheat. sonnycheeba (5988) - Federal Hill, Baltimore, Maryland, USA - DEC 29, 2014
Bottle. Pours clear gold with fizzy white head. Aroma is cereal and pislner malts, light wheat, heavy floral notes, mango, and some other tropic fruit notes. Flavor is nice and dry with floral hops, light spice, and some light fruit esters. Light/medium body and medium carbonation. Ratman197 (14834) - Arvada, Colorado, USA - OCT 17, 2014
Bottle poured a clear gold with a small lingering white head. Aromas of straw, rose, lemongrass and light hibiscus. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of straw, lemongrass, rose and light pepper with a crisp dry lingering floral finish. cheap (5858) - Beaver Valley, Beaver County, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 9, 2014
UPDATED: OCT 10, 2014 No nose impressions of saisons. Cloudy lighter iced tea color. A little processed on the palate for a saison, but I’m no saison expert. Does not seem to have the 6% alky advertised here. Decent co2 with a medium personality behind it. suprchunk (2994) - Crestview, Florida, USA - AUG 21, 2014
Hazy tawny colored pour. Small white head that falls quickly. No lacing. Aroma of soap dirt and malt. Taste is better with some malt and peppery spice.

Very floral aroma with light barnyard notes. Amber w pinkish tiny. Average to high carbonation. Cool flavor. Very "botanical". Digging the hibiscus and lemongrass. Light black pepper. nick76 (4399) - Tampa, Florida, USA - JUL 24, 2014
The aroma is floral medicinal and metallic with a touch of funky yeast. The appearance is light amber. The taste is like the aroma with both sweet and bitter elements. The palate is smooth but thin. Overall interesting to try once but not a go to beer. It does improve as it warms. kchampagne (173) - Jacksonville, Florida, USA - JUL 21, 2014
Poured this one out of a bottle. It’s definitely interesting. Aroma is floral and citrusy with a bit of funky yeast. Appearance is not quite clear, but not quite cloudy either; just right in the middle which is spot on for a saison. However, the head was not as fluffy as you would expect from this style and it did not stick around for too long. It may just be my bottle though since organic beers can be temperamental. Taste was sweet with straw and lemon. Overall not a bad beer, just a bit interesting. Arayaga2 (2197) - portland, Oregon, USA - JUN 25, 2014
Coppery orange color with a thin white head. Aroma is sweet, with roses and bubble gum, and just a hint of grainyness. Taste is more of the same, especially in the latter aspect, and there’s not much more to it than a light, drinkable beer. $2/12oz b3shine (8873) - Indiana, USA - JUN 18, 2014
Bottle to half-pint glass (shared with the Mrs.). Looks solid; a transparent burnt orange with eggshell head that steadily dissipates into thin lacing. Smells of saison yeast with floral and citrus notes, and a touch of pepper as well. Tastes like it smells with an average (at best) mouthfeel. The lemongrass comes through more than I’d like on the tongue. Not bad, but not good either.
