Simcoe hops sing loud and proud above a complex German malt bill, both experienced through a delightful burnt orange hue and a 5.6% abv.

Sample at the taproom. Murky amber color with a medium thin off-white head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Small patches of lace. Aroma of malt, fruit and floral hops. Medium body with flavors of caramel malt, citrus and mild hops. The finish is malty up front with a mild hoppy aftertaste. Decent overall.

Cascade hop nose murky and gritty. Not my favorite from these guys. Won't get again.

Draft at taproom. Pours the color of dirty bath water with a khaki head. Leaves a lot of lacing in the glass. Has a lot of caramel notes on the nose and tongue. Finished very crisply with a hint of bitterness. It's fucking delicious is what it is.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazed very brown amber with a medium sized white head. Toast, citrus but musky and faint, toast. Medium bodied, toast, a bit of bitterness, citrus, toast. Citrus on the finish, faintly bitter with lingering grapefruit zestu. Weird because there’s not a ton going on here in any direction, comes across as a somewhat conflicted beer, pulling in about four or five directions. Wants to be hoppy, but isn’t, wants to be malty, citrusy, bitter, but isn’t. Decent, but ultimately forgettable as it never makes its mark in any way. Don’t get me wrong, it’s still tasty and drinkable, and you can likely drink a bunch of them and be happy since it will satisfy something different each time, but I’m having a hard time pinning it down for one thing that stands out in any notable measure that makes me want to seek it out specifically again. Ultimately that’s ok, it’s still tasty enough.

Draft pour at ChurchKey, thanks solidfunk! Hazy amber with off-white head. Aromas of citrus, floral, tropical fruit. Tastes of citrus, tropical fruit, floral notes. Medium body with a dry finish. Tastes more like a pale.

LBssically a pale ale but they decided to call it amber like your red head sister gave birth. Some citrus. Good for style. Murky amber pour. Bitter finish. Tap at Churchkey.

Can, thanks JC. Nice hoppy aroma, taste is similar, bit of bitterness, bit of bitter type maltiness. Quite nice. God knows what I was talking about here.

Very cloudy amber brown color. Odd vegatale, chocolate and citrusy nose. The mouth is all over the place. Not very focused. Meh whatever

Can at home. Pours cloudy amber with a good beige head. Aroma is fruity with pineapple and peach, get a bit of citrus and pine as well. Taste is tropical fruits, citrus, pine needles and a nice caramel sweetness from the malts. Quite low carbonation, very smooth mouthfeel.
