The classic Bitburger - a mature and most agreeable beer - is brewed with the best of ingredients in the same traditional way it has been for many, many years. The result is delicately tart and pleasantly bitter - with a strong hop taste.

quite bland, head was small and disappears quickly. Better than commercial products. Good colour but a pretty standard pilsner with nothing special.

samsomuk (512) - Bridgwater, Somerset, ENGLAND - FEB 18, 2018
On keg at Dorint Hotel Pallas, Wiesbaden, Germany. Pours clear pale golden with a white cap. Aroma: grainy malts, lightly floral, grassy, lemon notes. Taste: crisp, light to moderate sweet, light bitter, cracker malts, lemony floral hop, grassy. Light body, average carb, light sweet finish

cmacklin (1416) - Lethbridge, Alberta, CANADA - FEB 13, 2018
500ml can. Pours a clear pale yellow with a medium, foamy, long lasting, white head that laces. Aroma of grainy malt, lemon, floral, grass and light skunk. Sweet flavour of grainy malt, corn, lemon peel and bitter grass with a clean, crisp, dry, spicy hop finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Refreshing and crushable. A good Pils.

Zaskakująco w miarę dobre jak na korpopiwko. Chmielu nawet trochę, przyjemnie, mało DMS-u.

I'm not a beer specialist and I was never a fan of beer growing up as I like strong drinks but there's a few beers that I like a lot and Bitburger is one of it. Its very rich, its bitter but good bitter, not the kind of bitter that leave bad taste in your mouth.

Chudwick (3506) - Taylor Mill, Kentucky, USA - FEB 2, 2018
half liter can - nose is caramelized grass if that's a thing. Sip adds grassy crackers. Dunno much about the style, but I find this fairly malty up front but bitter on the finish. better than the current 2.83 average suggests. Sessionable, easy to drink, mildly flavorful and decent taste. However, this is forgettable.

buczykij (200) - Limanowa, POLAND - JAN 14, 2018
Barwa złocista, piwo idealnie klarowne. Piana dosyć obfita, drobna i średnia, zwiewna. Całkiem trwała, ładnie zdobi szkło. Aromat czysty, z wyraźną nutą słodu pilzneńskiego. W smaku piwo jest podobnie czyste, jest wytrawne, obecna lekka nuta słodu pilzneńskiego. Średnio wysycone, z wyraźną ale krótką goryczką. Piwo jest lekkie i pijalne.

bertiebucket (26) - morecambe, Lancashire, ENGLAND - JAN 12, 2018
Crystal clear, sharp refreshing flavour, slightly biscuity taste, served in s branded glass, Piccidilly tap, Manchester

Daboch (267) - Gdansk, POLAND - DEC 28, 2017
Jasnozłocisty klarowny pils z obfitą białą pianą. Aromat przyjemny słodowo-chmielowy. W smaku podobnie, orzeźwiający przyjemny pils

MartyW (436) - DENMARK - DEC 27, 2017
UPDATED: DEC 27, 2017 Can. Clear golden with a white head. Malt, german yeast, slightly spicy yeast.

blariacum (248) - Nijmegen, NETHERLANDS - DEC 22, 2017
UPDATED: JAN 1, 2018 Fles (en ook wel eens tap). Pilsener van zachte structuur, maar met redelijk goed bittere smaak. Opvallend prima bier voor zo'n algemene brouwerij.
