Can shared with MichaelBruch. No real good Radler, too watery, thin and tasteless.

This is a good radler as far as they go. The lemon pop is what you notice first but the beer definitely comes through pretty well. You get the grassy herbal hops in the nose and a touch of crackery malt coming though. I’m not sure I’ll drink this stuff ever again now that I have the tick but, what can I say, it doesn’t taste awful.

Also dieses Radler schmeckt echt lecker! Goldgelb im Glas mit schöner Krone! Schöne frische Zitrone, leicht herber Abgang!

Aroma is lemon zest and pilsner malt. Appearance is light straw crystal clear with small foamy white head. Taste is sweet lemon and pils malt, honey.Light hop bitterness, but a sweet beer. Palate is light and crisp, zesty.Overall very nice. You can taste the quality Pilsner... minus the hopping. Many of these taste like wine coolers, this one doesn’t.

Pounder: Whole lemon nose, malt underneath. Clear yellow, thick head, good lace. Sweet lemon, mild grass and malt notes. Light body, easy carbonation. Very poundable, even a little beery. Perfect for watching a long sporting event without getting totally plowed.

Aroma is lemons and slightly spicy. The flavor is lemon and a kind of bland sweetness mixed with tart in the finish.

500 ml can bought at Ocean One in Kam Tin, Yuen Long.

Very pale golden colour; One finger head with soapy white foam which lasts for 90 seconds; Very good sticky lacing with active carbonation; Fragrant and sweet aroma of very light malt, with shandy-like lemon soda, lemonade, sugar and light grass; Close to medium sweet taste of thin malt, with grains, very light lemon soda, light floral, sugar, light biscuits, light bitter hops and light grass; Light body. Thin and fairly slick palate; Mouth feel is thin malt in a fairly watery background. Some grainyness and light floral hops from beer base but otherwise light lemon soda dominates, fair sugary sweetness, slightly bready with light grass to round. Okay… Hoppiness is light grass in nose, same in taste with floral; Bitterness is very night but notable for an abrupt, light sweet shandy finish; Fairly dry after taste. Easy to mouth.

Comments: This is a light but fairly well-made Radler, with testable beer base and hops. The lemonade factor is quite restrained compared to most macro Shandies. A bit light weight, but at least it lift up my mood. Inoffensive and drinkable.

Lime Tecaté aroma. Clear golden color. Tastes like lemonade. Good lemonade, not really a beer.
