Draught at BJs San Jose. Gold with a light orange tint and a thick head that leaves some clingy lace. Pie spices and fleshy pumpkin in the aroma. Start a bit bland and finishes sweet with a thin body. Not much malt flavor and just a little spice in the beginning. Watery texture. Not offensive, but to bland and light for a pumpkin ale. I guess I just like the style thick and malty. daknole (11049) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - NOV 5, 2009
Clear amber. Smells like fresh baked pumpkin pie. Flavor is sweet and has s dose if spicy hops to go with the pumpkin pie spices. Nice. BrewingFan (251) - Texas, USA - OCT 25, 2009
LIquid Pumpkin Pie! From beginning to end, this looks, smells, and taste like pie, almost unnatural. This uncanny likeness is the only drawback from this beer. redlight (2318) - Orlando, Florida, USA - FEB 10, 2009
Big spicy nose. Pours a light amber with a solid white head. Heavy spice flavor, cinnamon, clove, allspice, mild pumpkin flavor, not bad. A little too spicy though. Bradrcr (806) - Renton, Washington, USA - JAN 25, 2009
11/11/08 On draft at the brewpub Tukwila, Wa. Aroma is low slightly sour sweet pumpkin spice forward with light caramel. Appearance is slightly hazy copper with a very low white head. Flavor is sweet/sour spice and citrus forward, with an orangelike background. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with a low carb texture and moderate acidic tang. Overall, easy drinking and simple.

Tasted on tap at DTM’s Bday. I was surprised by this one. Nice and smooth, this brew had notes of brown sugar, cloves and nutmeg. Not overpowering and very balanced beer. JohnC (3008) - Mission Viejo, California, USA - DEC 29, 2008

Tap at BJs Tampa. 4.7abv
Pours amber - orange with white head.
Aroma of pumpkin, spices and hops.
Taste of pumpkin and light caramel malts with spices - cinnamon. Floral hops give the beer a faint orange mouthfeel.
A very decent seasonal pumpkin beer.

On tap at BJs in Vacaville, CA. Poured a dark bronze color and smelled of cloves and brown sugar. Tasted like pumpkin pie. Winter spices made this sweet beer a winner in my book. BMan1113VR (7931) - Los Angeles, California, USA - DEC 17, 2008
On tap at the Westwood Location. Sent in a picture to be uploaded. Pours with a small, off-white head that fades and a clear very deep copper body. Decent lacing. Aroma of allspice, cinnamon, and wheat. Overall pretty weak aroma. Taste is cinnamon, allspice, brown sugar and sort of a lager crispness/yeast profile. Light astringency from the spice. Mouthfeel is water like and thin-ish.
