Draught at BJ Desert Ridge, AZbhensonb (15756) - Woodland, California, USA - DEC 21, 2007
Hazy amber color. Very light cinnamon aroma. Basic Ale, lean, with a very light sourness and light cinnamon touch. Correct bitterness. The cinnamon being so light, this beer is not as bad as other pumpkin ales.
Draft at the Lloyd Center venue in Portland, OR. Pumpkin spice aroma. Dark reddish amber color with a beige head. Medium body with sharp carbonation. Flavor is caramel and spice; probably some pie spice and a touch of cinnamon. Pretty smooth. Mouth is left tingling, so could be some clove. A good ale for the type. djd07 (15544) - Houston, Texas, USA - NOV 19, 2008
BJ’s Willowbrook. Has a cloudy copper color with a small white frothy white head. The aroma is a strong cinnamon spice and pumpkin. Decent lacing on the glass. The tase is a spicy pumpkin and cinnamon with a bitter finish. A good spice brew from BJ’s.

Draft at Cincy location. Poured a clear daek orange color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate nutmeg pumpkin aroma. Medium body with soft carbonation. Medium spicy pumpkin bittersweet flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. Good seasonal beer. argo0 (14127) - Washington DC, USA - NOV 24, 2007
(Pinellas Park) Crystal clear amber body with off-white head. Aroma is moderately sweet, nutmeg, some allspice, clove. Taste is medium sweet, caramel, some allspice, light nutmeg. Light body. With the aroma, I was expecting something special, but the flavor really let me down. slowrunner77 (12824) - Reno, Nevada, USA - OCT 14, 2014
"if you’re in the mood for pumpkin and spice, this is your beer. Not as bad as some of the pumpkin flavored pee water out there (Blue Moon Harvest Moon). This as expected, and maybe a little too spicy, but the spices are tasty and the beer is exactly what was expected. No more no less."
