Fratto (2845) - Arlington, Texas, USA - OCT 27, 2012
On tap at the Arlington location. Deep orange pour with a small white head. Aroma is heavy baking spice, a little pumpkin, and caramel. Taste is lots of caramel, some good spice, and light toast.

I tried this at the Eugene location as part of a sampler. Great underwhelming pumpkin taste. One of the better Pumpkin Ale’s I have ever had.

harlequinn (2744) - Tacoma, Washington, USA - JAN 5, 2006
This was easy to drink, but could have been so much more. There was very little spice, mostly pumpkin, and some irritating smokiness. The malt character was there, but this was not something I could drink more than a pint of.

Block (2727) - Indianapolis, Indiana, USA - NOV 18, 2013
A pretty average pumpking beer. A bit synthetic with a bit of spice and caramel at the finish. Light flavor overall with a malty sweet aroma.

Bockyhorsey (2628) - Mesa, Arizona, USA - NOV 12, 2011
Could really small the pumpkin on the nose and not oversweets. Orange pumpkin body color with white head. Decent flavor not as much starch as most I ve had before. Smooth berr on palate with out a nasty aftertaste on palte. Good pumkin brew

Pours a nice amber. Smell is robust and lovely. Big pumpkin spice flavor with cinnamon and nutmeg seeming evident. Taste is very thin, muted and watery, but the pumpkin flavor that shows is still nice. Very pumpkin pie like in the flavor that is there. Drinkable, nice attempt, that would be great with a big more boldness.

SamGamgee (2452) - down the whirlpool, California, USA - NOV 16, 2009
Draught at BJs San Jose. Gold with a light orange tint and a thick head that leaves some clingy lace. Pie spices and fleshy pumpkin in the aroma. Start a bit bland and finishes sweet with a thin body. Not much malt flavor and just a little spice in the beginning. Watery texture. Not offensive, but to bland and light for a pumpkin ale. I guess I just like the style thick and malty.

GG (2332) - NorCal, California, USA - OCT 24, 2007
Not the worst pumpkin beer I’ve ever had, but still I find them lacking. Perhaps I’m expecting a bit more sweetness to come forward and since it never does, I’m left slightly disappointed. Either way, this wasn’t a bad beer at all. Aroma is slightly vegetative, perfumy with enough nutmeg to notice. Appearance is a light amber color, off-white head. Flavor was a bit green, vegetative with some subtle cinammon and nutmeg spices to notice but not overpower. A bit watery, I felt if it were more creamy, with a little more sweetness left in it it could have been better. But, still...not bad.

redlight (2318) - Orlando, Florida, USA - FEB 10, 2009
Big spicy nose. Pours a light amber with a solid white head. Heavy spice flavor, cinnamon, clove, allspice, mild pumpkin flavor, not bad. A little too spicy though.

Deep rich red brown liquid with a fine head. Nose is mildly nutmeg and pumpkin. taste is also mild spice with malt and pumpkin flavor. body is medium full. finish is a little strong.
