hazy dark amber, frothy tan head, big cinamon spiced aroma with hints of nutmeg and ginger, sweet flavor like a pumpkin pie with all of the spices and the pumpkin pulp, light bitterness from the spices, well balanced for the style

Draft at the Lloyd Center venue in Portland, OR. Pumpkin spice aroma. Dark reddish amber color with a beige head. Medium body with sharp carbonation. Flavor is caramel and spice; probably some pie spice and a touch of cinnamon. Pretty smooth. Mouth is left tingling, so could be some clove. A good ale for the type. Draft at Cincy location. Poured a clear daek orange color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate nutmeg pumpkin aroma. Medium body with soft carbonation. Medium spicy pumpkin bittersweet flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. Good seasonal beer. sebletitje (10067) - Enghien, BELGIUM - DEC 29, 2008
Tap at BJs Tampa. 4.7abv
Pours amber - orange with white head.
Aroma of pumpkin, spices and hops.
Taste of pumpkin and light caramel malts with spices - cinnamon. Floral hops give the beer a faint orange mouthfeel.
A very decent seasonal pumpkin beer.

UPDATED: MAR 29, 2016 Tap at BJs Sugar Land. Reddish amber with decent head. Smells of nutmeg, cinnamon....spices. Tastes like nutmeg, cinnamon...spices, maybe some brown sugar and sweet malts. A touch thin, but quite tasty and easy to drink.

Smells great. Taste is not as interesting. Good beer, but finishing is harder then the first few sips. DrSilverworm (9671) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - NOV 10, 2012
Sample on tap at the Cincinnati location. Clear yellow orange color. Thin off-white head. Leaves decent strings and dots of lace. Good pumpkin - spice nose. Nutmeg, little cinnamon. Smooth lighter carbonation, more dry texture. Lighter body, light pumpkin aroma, more of the spice by swallow. Good savory taste, light spice, little bit of bitter. Respectable pumpkin ale. Aroma of pumpkin, allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg. Pours a dark copper with off- white head and no lacing. The taste follows the nose. Medium body and medium carbonation. Overall, an enjoyable pumpkin ale but slightly heavy on the spice side for my taste.

Tallahassee, Fl. - on tap at the BJís. Dark copper pour, light off-white head, light lacing. Sweet pumpkin pie spice aroma. Spice forward flavor with some cloves and pumpkin pie spice, a touch of ripening vegetables. Crisp mouthfeel. Refreshing. jbruner (4697) - Marietta, Georgia, USA - OCT 27, 2013
Pours a clear copper on tap with fluffy off-white head that dissipates to leave light lace. Aroma is pie spice, cinnamon, nutmeg, all spice, hints of cloves. Taste follows, a slight sweetness but mostly the spice. Dry and refreshing on the mouth. Not bad, but I think I have become more of a pumpkin beer snob over the years and this turns out middle of the road.
