BJ’s Hopstorm is a surprisingly good IPA from a long time brewhouse chain. Strong floral aroma coming from a bright yellow pour with a fluffy white head. Taste is well balanced with a solid malt backbone with an intoxicating mix of floral notes. BJ’s turns out a top notch IPA that competes with the best. emagana (38) - Fillmore, California, USA - DEC 10, 2009
had a chance to taste this beer at the BJs in burbank. pours a light copper with light carbonation. the aroma is a forest of floral hops. very inviting. very drinkable with a lingering hop residue that covers the palate. a treat for those that enjoy IPAs that dont taste like rocket fuel. cheers Tbone14 (2) - Florida, USA - AUG 23, 2014 does not count
This beer pours golden brown with minimal head. Right off the bat you can smell the hops. This is one of my favorite IPAs to drink, it is crisp and refreshing, without any bitter after taste. DenverLogan (1300) - North Bend, Washington, USA - OCT 12, 2014
On tap at the Aurora, CO BJ’s Aug 27th. Pours amber with head and lace. Aroma of rich malts & Straw hops. Flavors of righ malts, minerals, straw hops, citrus spritz, bitter roots. Overall rich, flavorful, full bodied, tasty. mrhoppy (1196) - Santa Clara, California, USA - MAY 12, 2011
Really nice hoppy beer. Great looking and the lace ringed the glass all the way to the bottom. Tasty. I wanted another one but had to leave. Sweet, bitter and malty. Yum!

It’s really, really really wet and happy. Hops are good. Drinking this with Curt, he says ditto.
