Taste is nutty, bitter leaves, light chocolate, minor coffee. Not as watered down as some of the others.

Draft. Pours brown thin tan head. Nose is very nutty with roasty chocolate malts. Taste is medium light sweetness. Finishes with a medium body and dry bitterness balancing any sweet malt. Pretty good overall. jsporrer (1040) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 6, 2016
On tap @ BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse. Pours a medium brown with a tan head. Not much of an aroma. Mild nutty taste with some malt flavor. OK but nothing special. Aggiebob (1189) - Huntsville, Alabama, USA - OCT 6, 2016
Draft. Clear brown in color with a beige head and lace ring. Aroma had nut and earthy notes. It was a little thin on the tongue. MarkSachon (1030) - Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 15, 2016
Draft in a flight at BJ’s in the North Hills of Pittsburgh. Probably a lot better than the low ratings indicate, and was really pretty good, especiallypaired with the All Night Burger. The label is nicely done. phaleslu (10336) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - JUL 8, 2016
Draft in a flight at BJ’s-Florence. Pours a cloudy burnt orange with a lasting off-white cap for a head that also laces the glass. It’s like a toastier amber, so it’s a lot like Oasis or Jeremiah. Sweet and toasty malts, caramel, sugars, and some general earthy and metallic notes. Medium-bodied, with moderate carbonation and a toasty, nutty mouthfeel. Below average example of the style.
