Poured a clear reddish brown with no head. Aromas of carmel, basalmic vinegar and cherries. Palate was light bodied and smooth with a dry tart finish. Flavors of carmel, basalmic vinegar, cherries and light coconut with a smooth dry tart lingering fruity finish.

Draught at Stone World Bistro. Almost clear, deep amber/copper liquid with small to medium off-white head. Aroma of sour apples, lacto, caramel, biscuit, wood, dark fruit and maybe some cherries? The pour is a lightly hazed amber color with a fluffy, khaki head. Aroma is a touch watery with some notes of cherry, wood, and red wine vinegar. The beer has the balance of sweet and sour that you expect from the style, which is nice. Good malt sweetness on the palate with a definite acetic sourness. The flavor is also a touch watery. Vinegar infused red ale! I’ll take three. Actually, a substantial downgrade from the regular Jeremiah Red which is a boring but drinkable interpretation of a boring style. Not a favorite.
