DrSilverworm (9672) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - NOV 10, 2012
Pint on tap at the Cincinnati location. Mostly clear orange - amber - yellow color, minimal white head around the edge, leaves a good web on the surface, and leaves good lace. Light / medium body, good lighter crisp carbonation. Caramel malt, good fruity hop aroma. Moderate bitter taste. Some orange, light tropical fruit aroma, bit of mango. Nice pale ale

12 ounce can from Liberty Beer in Pittsburgh. Just like a pale ale would be, maybe a little better than average. Okay overall.

With Audrie in Coral Springs, on tap, pours annamber dark color with a small beige head. Nose is all and all flat with some mild hops. Taste is watery, with a build up of grain without any real flavor. When your expectations are low it dampens the disappointment. Quaff Score 4 / 10.......4-3-4-2-8

On tap BJ’s, JAX. Balanced aroma of grapefruit peel and resin with a little sweet strawberry and very low base malt. Hazy copper under a persistent off-white blanket. Bitter light caramel flavour with a little resin and grapefruit pith. Fairly bland. Medium light body, almost crisp, medium carbonation.

On tap in Avon, IN. Not what I was expecting. Fizzy and pilsnerish. No real hop flavor, flat and boring.
