On tap @ BJs Westminster poured a clear briown with a small disapating amber head. Aromas of carmel, toffee, rye and a hint of cocoa. Palate was light to medium bodied and crisp. Head is fully diminishing.
Body is dark amber.
Aroma is lightly malty (cookie, caramel, toasted grain), lightly hoppy (apricot), with light notes of dried fruits and bubble gum.
Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter.
Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly to moderately bitter.
Medium body, watery/syrupy texture, soft carbonation.

Foggy amber-orange hue. Sweet, inviting nose. Smooth and syrupy texture with a mild carbonation. Big notes of apple and caramel. Slight nip of alcohol was noticeable, but not bothersome. Hint of molasses sweetness in the finish. Good sweet-bitter balance. Very drinkable, but with some flavor.
