11th October 2008. GABF. Presented as ’Twin Oak Chardonnay Tripel’ with an abv of 8.7%. Amazing toffee apple nose. Dry palate. Sweet appley caramel and dry sweet finish. Some lambic like acidness providing a balance to the sweet falvours. A real standout beer for me at GABF 08. Theis (15151) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - OCT 30, 2008

Draft at Bjs Oxnard; Nose of oak wine barrels, light tartness, candi sugar, and apples; Dark gold with a small white head; flavor of oaky charrdonay grapes, light vinegary tartness, light sweetness, spices, and apples. Tasted like it was aged in charrdonay barrels.
