Draught. Head is fully lasting. Body is medium amber. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), lightly hoppy (grapefruit, apricot). Flavor is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, lightly to moderately bitter. Light to medium body, watery texture, soft carbonation. Pretty light, watery, and bland; more of a standard bitter rather than an ESB.

Draught at the brewery. Beer is lightly hazy, light caramel brown colored with a medium-sized, creamy, off-white, diminishing but mostly lasting head. Lacey affection for glass.
The aroma is malty with a light husky note of toasted grain, caramel and cookie; Hoppy with a light-to-moderate note of resin/pine; Yeasty with a light note of dough; Moderate miscellaneous note of DMS, metal.
The flavor is moderately sweet, moderately-to-heavily bitter with a long, lightly sweet, light-to-moderately bitter, lightly acidic finish. Bready, sour, "off" finish.
The body is light, the texture is watery and the carbonation is fizzy.

On tap at BJs in Aurora. Listed as their Underground ESB (and the waiter kept going on about this being their new Philadelphia beer). I’m guessing this one was on nitro by the way it poured (looked like a amber/golden guiness). Poured a medium amber with golden edges and an averaged sized off white head. Lots of lacing left on the glass. Aromas and tastes of toasted malts, citrus, lightly floral and light caramel. My 3.5 year old daughter said it smelled like peaches. Thinner body.
