UPDATED: MAR 5, 2018 I tasted it today. It was a 2014 bottle. Just great. One of the best sour ale I've ever tasted. IL San Simone si sente molto bene. Divina combinazione.

From a 50 cl bottle. Pours a clear copper with an off white head. Somewhat vinyl-like aroma. Flavors are moderately sour fruit, with some oakiness.

Bottle. Thanks Harri. Pours slightly hazy amber with small white head. Aroma : sourish, värvieemaldi, sour apples baked in oven with caramel sauce, acetone, pear schnapps Zante, old leather, ash. Taste : sweetish, medium sour afterwards and then comes the acid, caramel, raw apples, some car chemicals what you should not to drink. Medium body. Smooth sour_sweetish_acidity finish. Nice.

Sampled @ 10th Danish Ratebeer Gathering, Ulfborg, Day 1. Hazy orange color, small off-white head that diminishes quickly. Smell and taste sourness, peach, quite balanced sourness, quite dry finish but the fruitiness lingers too. Suitable body and carbonation. I like it!
