2.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 9/20
Cask at old toad. Pours light and clear pale yellow. So clear it looks like slightly rusted water. Nose and taste feature dry earthiness, slight clove, and a hint of apple. The earthiness makes it tough to gulp down. Body is light. Ok I suppose, but I don't think i would search this out.
12oz can. Clear apple juice color. Typical sweet apple cider aroma. Crisp apple taste, dry wine finish. Nothing special but very tasty. MacBoost (1916) - Victor, New York, USA - JUL 21, 2017
12oz can. This shit is sweet and despite the description, it’s not wild or funky at all. Really cloying. I fucken hate NY cider. McGarnigle (652) - Rochester, New York, USA - JUN 19, 2017
4-pack cans. Pale color, look like white wine but for the rising bubbbles. Flavorful cider, perhaps a bit more sweet than dry or tart. I’m not sure about the presence of wild yeast either. Still, it is a pretty good cider, easy to like if you’re not into ciders. HeadyDE (851) - Delaware, USA - AUG 9, 2016
Can pour, no noticeable date, pours a light golden apple juice color, quite a bit of snap crackle pop sound at start, but fades to naught as expected, nose is sweet apples with some core must in background, decent aroma, quite light bodied, easy drinking sweet type cider that has a dry finish, not bad, but nothing to impressive here, decent swoopjones (7020) - Buffalo, New York, USA - MAY 28, 2014

(bottle - 22 oz) Rating #3200. Clear gold champagne pour with a fizzy white head. Aroma is light apples with a light pear note. Flavor is very fruity with hints of pear and spice. Didn’t get much of the wild factor in the flavor but that’s not a big deal. Cider was really nice besides that. MicroGrog (367) - FT: Stale Polotmavý in Queens, New York, USA - DEC 8, 2013

Bottle from the New Amsterdam Thanksgiving Market. Below freezing temps endured for the sake of it. Took a bottle of this & that home to validate my findings, but managed to type some out in the elements.
4.8%abv. Clear, hard plastic sampling glass. Light amber body.
Sweet, floral, perry nose. Doesn’t smell very wild.
Taste is more sweet then bitter. Juicy. Decently tannic. Light tartness, moderate acid. Small wine. Finishes dry, with a slight grainy aftertaste.
Head cidermaker said they filter everything profusely. Didn’t get much wild character out of this. Drinks very decent regardless though, & at a good price.
Sampled this at Campground Brewdown 2. Pours a clear gold with a thin white head while pouring but it fades quickly. Soft apple, sweet and light champagne yeast. Soft apple, sweet and pulpy. Long apple flesh, chewy apple. Soft sweet light tartness. jtclockwork (16691) - , New Jersey, USA - AUG 18, 2013
Bottle at Brewdown. Pours yellow with white head. Nose and taste of apple skin, white sugar and apple. Sweet. Medium body. Smooth.
