Pour on tap at the brewery, golden pour, hazy with thin white head, aroma brought notes of lemon, bread, some lactic notes into a bit of grape, oak, slight earthy notes, hints of funk in there with a touch of white fruit. Taste is tart fruit, peach, pear, some white grape into oak, slight lactic, funky notes in there, hints of biscuit, bread, finishing slightly tart, dry. On tap at Back Country Pizza poured a cloudy gold with a small lingering white head. Aromas of straw, horse blanket, oak, vanilla and light citrus. Palate was light bodied and smooth with a dry finish. On tap @ Backcountry Pizza. Golden pour with a white head. Grape must, lemon zest, and some tart peach on the nose. Nice and dry. A hint of oak. Flavor is sour peach and grape. A bit musty. Lemon zest, oak, grass, and mild fruit sweetness. Decently dry finish.
