Clear deep copper with a thin light ivory cap. Lovely caramalt and slight citrus nose with a touch of boozy warmth. Medium body with earthy caramalt sweetness and a grassy/leafy hop flavor and bitterness.

From growler. Pours reddish amber with a big rocky off white head that retains well and laces the glass.

The aroma is sweet nutty caramel malt with some fruit and piney hops.

The flavor is sweet nutty caramel malts and light fruit with piney, slightly vegetal, hops. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with smooth carbonation.

Overall, a decent IPA.

Draft at brewpub. Pours orange with a thick white head. Leaves some lacing. Not getting much in the nose. Has a bit of hop note thing on the tongue but just a bit and usually just on 2nd down. I get some maltiness on the finish. Eh!
