Cask-conditioned at the North Yorkshire beeriodical, the Seven Stars, Bristol 13/12/2012. Deep gold with a slight white head. Decent session beer, with some hedgerow fruits, a touch of sweetness upfront and moderately bitter finish. Fine.

Cask conditioned at Harbury Beer Fest 12. Hazy gold with no head. Quite a honeyed beer, sweetish and slightly heavy on the palate. A subtle fruitiness works its way through. Not bad.

Cask in The Market Porter. Nose is grainy malt, barley, sweet malt, sugary. Texture is oily and flavour is perfumey hops, candy sugar and subtle citrous and fruit hops.

Cask at Bow Bar ... Golden yellow ... creamy hwite head ... light lemon hop nose ... light fruit sweet and creamy ... leading to bitter lemon ... quite a lot of soft lemon.

A Mes rate: Gravicask at the Pembury.
Golden brown with no head. Very hoppy aroma that is clearly full of dry hopping. Really grassy and floral with a strong wheaty note. The flavour is massively soapy and it spoils the decent fruity hops that you can just about pick out. Heavy chlorine and bleach in the finish. Pretty rank.

Cask @ Charlies Bar, Copenhagen. Pours a slightly hazy pale yellow color with a small white head. Fruity slightly hoppy aroma. Fruity malty flavor with some grassy hoppy hints.. Sweetish malty finish with some bitterness in the aftertaste.

Ungstrup (34970) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - MAY 28, 2008
Cask at Charlies Bar, Copenhagen as Hambleton Schooner at 4.3% ABV. A hazy golden beer with a rocky off-white head. The aroma is freshly hoppy giving it notes of grass and flowers, combined with notes of brewmash, like walking in the brewhouse right after brewing. The flavor is sweet and very fruity - with hints of diacethyl, leading to a dry bitter finish with fruity notes of peaces lingering. The body is thin.

Cask gravity at Ashford Rugby Club BF 2007. Hazy copper colour with lasting beige head. Some rubber and some red berry fruit in mouth. Yes, just not right. I do not think that it is infected, but either not quite ready yet or the malt was not fully brewed out.
