On tap at Cheeky Monk. Poured golden orange with a huge off-white head. Aroma is fruity, clove, spicy yeast, light banana, pepper, herbal, and medicinal. Taste is white pepper, clove, band-aid, pineapple, green apple, tart lemon, herbal and medicinal, with a crisp dry finish. Medium mouthfeel with high carbonation. Nice balance between spice, fruit, and malt; pretty good stuff. BeerandBlues2 (13210) - Escondido, California, USA - JUL 5, 2012

Pour on tap at HMLS, hazy orange pour with white head, aroma brought notes of white and black pepper, spice, cracker and biscuit, touch of lemon, pear, grape, hints of white wine as well. Taste is a spicy peppery mix of ginger, white pepper, some fruit with peach and white wine, touch of grape, hints of biscuit and bready notes round it out. Pretty decent. 3fourths (9331) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - APR 30, 2012
draft, Kitchen Next Door. hazy orange body with a fine bubbled white head. fruit ester nose shows notes of peach skin, apples and orange pith with a milk/cream yeast note and starchy potato/cracker grains. similar flavor (peach, cream, crackers, etc.) with high sweetness, medium-low acid and soft carbonation. altogether easy to drink without paying too much attention to, but the ester profile is far too fruity / apple-heavy and though the yeast muddles it all somewhat, it would probably be appear sweeter were it filtered, and it’s already sweet enough. On tap at Trinity Brewery pours golden/amber with bubbly head. Aroma is over powering of ginger and spices. Good carbonation again though ginger is just too much, slight juniper, kinda taste like an old leather shoe. Not very well balanced. I think for a Brewery just over a year old it has promise and eventually they’ll really figure this one out, this could become a lot better beer.
