Cask at The Leeky Tap, Leek. A clear golden colour with a medium white head. Aroma of bready malts, some cereal, a little fruit and subtle spicy hops. Taste of bready malts, some cereal, slight caramel, a little fruit and subtle spicy hops. Light bodied and soft carbonation. A dry, cereally, spicy hop bitterness in the finish. Light hoppy aroma. Flavour has a bit of citrus hop and a slightly sickly aftertaste. It’s a bog standard bitter really. Drinkable but nowt special. theprof (1239) - Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, ENGLAND - NOV 11, 2015

Lightish copper, brief head. Rich grainy aroma that hints towards some of the Lithuanian traditional ales. Clear husky and raw barley in both aroma and taste. Nice branny finis, and some nice acidity to the resins too - are you sure there’s no rye here? Palate is watery and, from the bitterness, slightly drying. Has character and can either be sessioned or sipped. Nice one - I like the bran/rye/husks.

Clear golden with a decent off white cap.
Nose is biscuit malt, spice, caramel.
Taste comprises biscuit malt, fruit rinds, toffee, light spice.
