Cask, Lord Keeper of the Great Seal, Oadby. Golden with a white foam. Aromas are biscuit and wheat with apple and lemon. Grassy with low pine and jammy apricot. Some light tropical fruit. Flavours are sweet citrus and tropical fruit with jam. Lightly nutty with clean, crisp hops, leafy and blackberry notes and a dry, peppery finish. Nice.

Clear medium amber orange color with a small to average, frothy, good - fair lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, candy, sweet malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, sugary, fruity, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20160220]

Pint at the Three Tuns, Gateshead. Hazy gold with a white head. Citrus and cereal aroma Understated citrus and tropical fruit flavour. Juicy palate, soft carbonation, a bit of astringency in the finish. Rather nice.
