Cask, Lord Keeper of the Great Seal, Oadby. Golden with a white foam. Aromas are biscuit and wheat with apple and lemon. Grassy with low pine and jammy apricot. Some light tropical fruit. Flavours are sweet citrus and tropical fruit with jam. Lightly nutty with clean, crisp hops, leafy and blackberry notes and a dry, peppery finish. Nice.

Cask at the Wheatsheaf in Crick. Golden with a fine head. Light and subtle, almost offensively subtle as if the brewer was afraid to be noticed. I'd thought a beer with a name like this would be more in your face. Light floral, fruity hops.

Towey1989 (3171) - Stoke On Trent, Staffordshire, ENGLAND - MAY 31, 2017
Cask at The Green Dragon, Leek (JDW) A clear golden colour with a frothy white head. Aroma of lemon, orange, some cereal malts and slight herbal hops. Taste of cereal malts, lemon, subtle orange, some puke, slight popcorn and herbal hops. Light bodied and soft carbonation. A short, dry, slight astringent, herbal hop bitterness in the finish. Thin and watery for a 5.5% beer and the taste is foul. Cheap cereal malts and some kind of sickly herbal, butter flavour. Terrible.

Cask at Congress, Longton. Pours golden amber. Pretty dull and boring golden bitter. Some booze. Meh.

Golden beer, fruity aroma. Taste is sweet, fruity. A bit sickly. Too sweet for my taste but it’s not bad.

Cask, half-pint, shared with Finn at Silk Mill Cider & Ale House. Clear amber coloured body, filmy layer, crocheted lacing. Aromas of toffee and herbal hops. Juicy fruit and juice malty flavours. Medium bodied. Quite nice and food friendly (Derby 21.02.2016).

Cask. Aroma light grassy, floral and citrus. Pours golden with white lacing. Tastes sweet with citrus almost orange notes and a pallid bitter finish. Surprisingly lacking strong tastes given its abv.

mike_77 (7029) - Breda, NETHERLANDS - JAN 23, 2016
Yellow colour with thin head. The flavour has a lot of nice toasted malts. Quite a smooth one.

Stuu666 (14618) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - NOV 8, 2015
