Cask at GBBF. Pale orange, still, clear, small foamy white head. Aroma is ggluey, apple and wheat. Body is medium, smooth, low carbonation. Taste is apple, straw, a little sweet and sugary with some resin and paint towards the finish. Alright. Alengrin (5639) - BELGIUM - AUG 13, 2015
True Anglo-Saxon wheat ale with snow white, stable head, creamy as is often the case in beers containing wheat; hazy golden colour. Aroma has some cooked vegetables and sweaty graininess, not too inviting actually, apart from light bready and grassy notes. Light in the mouth, subtle fruitiness, smooth but rather thin body, grainy, with a very mild grassy hoppiness in the finish. Lacks character. cgarvieuk (25741) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - AUG 12, 2015

Cask at the Milton Keynes Beer Festival 2013. Poured a cloudy, light yellow colour with a medium, tight white head. Aroma is sharp citrus, yeasty esters and sherbet. Sweet citrus flavours with lemon boiled sweets and hay. Finishes with some wheat, candy sugar and pear drops. Odd beer... not bad, but tasted like the penny sweet counter... allmyvinyl (10932) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - SEP 19, 2013
Cask at Weatherspoons Birmingham. Pours hazy yellow with a thin white head. Aromas of bready malt, hay, grass and soap. Taste is good, more bread notes, and very dry finish. Too much soapy goldings by the end though. Should’ve just got a half.
