Cask; Regular.
A distinctive dry taste and a ruby red colour form the basis of this bitter. Challenger hops provide a fruity finish and the malt combination give a underlying toffee flavour.

A lovely winter beer full of flavour that changes as you go down the glass and leaves you wanting another.

Cask at Doric Arch. It pours clear deep copper - brown with a small white head. The aroma is mellow, sweet, toffee, wood, twig, earth and leather. The taste is dry, bitter, twiggy, wood, chewy malt, leather, toffee and spice with a drying finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Run of the mill twiggy bitter.

Taste comprises carmel, malt, light spice, biscuit. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, some bitterness in the dry finish. Ok stuff - touch above average.
