COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A true pale ale. The full body and rich gold colour comes from a blend of wheat, pale ale and crystal malts. Its floral and lime citrus nose is created by the extensive use of carefully selected New World aroma hops. The final stage of dry hopping then produces a rich berry flavour for a big refreshing, satisfying brew.

Bottle. Light amber, small to average and fully diminishing head. Light to moderate, malty and lightly sweetish aroma, light caramel with fruitiness, light piney hoppyness. Body is medium, malty and lightly sweetish flavor with some caramel and fruitiness, light hoppyness. Finish is average, malty and lightly sweetish, some caramel and faint fruitiness, light piney hoppyness. OK pale ale, bit one-dimensional and bit too much caramel.

Fine bitter! This will definitely be purchased again. A plus that all ingredients used to make this beer comes from ecologically controlled farms.
