Alc. 4.6%. Clear light to medium brown color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, llight beige head. Aroma is moderate to light light heavy malty, roasted, burnt, coffee, nutty notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. 
50 cL bottle. Pours dark brown with a fully gone head. Roasted malty and slight liqourice note in the aroma. Bitter and acidic hardroasted malty with a nice mix of liqourice, coffee and a bit of chocolate smoothness. Nice bitter and roasted malty finish. Cask @ National Winter Ales Festival 2009, Manchester. Pours a dark brown color with a small off-white head. Has a roasted malty coffe aroma with some hints of chocolate. Bottled. Dark brown colour, big brown head. Plum, dark dry fruit and weak alcoholic (!!) aroma. Flavour is sweet malty, acidic and plummy. Flavour was very boring compared to the aroma. Also some metallic hints noteable in flavour.

Cask at the White Horse, London. Pours rich brown with a moderate, beige head. Lightly tangy, dark malt aroma. Quite a sweet flavor, some syrupy cocoa, mocha, booze. Medium bodied with fine, lightly syrupy carbonation. Slightly sticky finish, candy, dark malts. There is some subtle tang, some tar, plenty of mocha, some bitter roast. Not bad.
