Cask at hootenanny, inverness. Pours clear dark amber. Nose of malts, red fruit, pine. Dry, more fruit, malty bitterness.

Cask at Hootananny, Inverness, 18/10/13. Hazed reddish amber with a good sized beige head, good lacing ensues. Nose is sweetish, biscuit malt, light hop bill, mineral notes, citrus, hint of grapefruit. Taste comprises caramel, biscuit malt, light spic, good hop presence. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, smooth on the palate, light hop bitterness in the finish. Nice malty hoppy amber affair.
