COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
When we first introduced “Aftermath” in our tasting room, we were looking to produce a drinkable Pale Ale that wasn’t just a reproduction of everyone else’s Pale Ale. We succeeded in creating ours with a unique blend of 5 hop varieties to produce a pale with HUGE hop aroma and flavor, without the bitterness of an IPA.
Hops: Amarillo, Cascade, Centennial, Columbus, Mosaic
Malt: Pale, Munich

Great beer! Great hop aroma, lighter bodied and doesn’t have any lingering bitterness. Perfect for when I’m craving hops, lower ABV and something I can crush multiple of!

This is one of my favorite San Diego style pale ales, basically an IPA everywhere else in the world... Definitely seek this one out!

Damn good pale! It is right on money with wonderful hop aroma ofmcitrusmpine and white pepper. But not oily and sticky like IPAs ok I’m IPAs but this is a pale. It is real nice light malts but not too bitter just bitter enough. Too many breweries try to overdue the hops on pale. This is a pale and a great example.

Little cloudy bright orange beer, big creamy yellow head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: lots of citrus, passion fruit, pineapple, grapefruit, mango. MF: soft carbon, medium to full body .Taste: very resinous and hoppy start, citrus, lychee, lots of tropical fruits, grapefruit, little sweet and malty. Aftertaste: very fruity, lots of grapefruit, citrus, pineapple, nice bitterness. Wow, this is my kind of hop juice!

Espuma compacta. Aroma a pino. Buen cuerpo. En boca amarga pero equilibrada con algo de caramelo. Final resinoso prolongado. Tremenda!

Wow. tropical explosion. Big dry hop aroma and pretty light base beer. It’s still 6% so it works for a hoppy pale.. Enjoyable!
