Aroma is clove, straw, citrus, and lemon grass. Taste is sweet light malts, honey, caramel and light earthiness. Very well balanced. Appearance is a clear gold with a medium pearl head that retains fairly well. dresden (1581) - Saskatchewan, CANADA - JAN 16, 2016
Clear golden with white head. Biscuity and yeasty aroma - light fruity as well. Clean and yeasty flavour, some banana, overall quite nice, but not overly exciting. BeerandBlues2 (13642) - Escondido, California, USA - JAN 16, 2016
Bottle at home. Pours clear pale gold with a medium, fizzy white head, short retention with spare lacing. Aroma is doughy malt, light alcohol and fruity esters. Flavor is doughy malt, light spicy hops and bitterness, fruity esters and a dry finish. Medium body and carbonation. daknole (11049) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - JAN 6, 2016
Clear gold, white head. Apples, pears, yeast, doughy makes, ripe stone fruit, yeasty. UXO (1896) - CANADA - NOV 16, 2015
Appearance: clear deep gold with one finger of dense white head, good retention and patchy lacing. (3/5) Aroma: banana, yeast, grassy, stone fruit. (7/10) Taste: moderate sweet, moderate tart, mild bitter. (7/10) Palate: medium-light body, moderate carbonation, dry lightly tart finish. (4/5)
Decent BSPA from a solid brewer. Nothing thrilling - tends a bit to the watery, and aside from the banana there’s not a lot of depth of flavour - but it’s definitely worth drinking. (14/20)

Solid American Belgian. Taste like Ardennes yeast, so good attenuation but light sweetness. Solid graininess. reebtogi (6326) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - NOV 1, 2015
650ml bottle pours a pale golden color with a 2 finger white head that retains well and settles down to reveal some spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma is grass with some light fruits and yeast. Taste is a grassy hop bitterness with a light fruity and malty sweetness and a light spicy yeast finish. Light to medium bodied with good carbonation. Overall, this is a fine Belgian style ale that is well balanced and flavourful. Bule (2228) - California, USA - JUN 22, 2015
750ml bottle pours a pale brown color without much head. Nice balance of the Belgian yeast and hops. But overridden a little by a banana flavor.

Poured up on tap at the brewery where it exhibits a clear golden body that supports a thin off white head. The aroma offers up pear, apricot and banana like smooth sweet fruity esters and really little else. The taste is big and fruity with a mix of banana, pear and then some apricot. Wow, this is very fruity with esteriness but those notes are well integrated and smooth. It picks up a bit of bubble gum at times as this heads into the finish. This is a solid smooth, blended and harmonious brew. I like it. JohnnyJ (5570) - San Diego, California, USA - APR 21, 2014
On draft at the brewery. Clear bright golden color, with a white head. Sweet banana, esters, biscuit, candy sugar, grass, and Belgian yeast. Decent for the style actually.
