COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Endless Skyway Bitter (ESB) is inspired by a traditional English bitter, but we used a blend of hops from the Pacific Northwest to give this beer a subtle grapefruit note and distinctly American character. Like the finest English examples, it is well-balanced with a nutty maltiness and only a slightly bitter finish. Endless Skyway is a nod to Oklahomas favorite son, Woody Guthrie. The proper toast when sharing this beer is, May there always be endless skyways above you and golden valleys below you.

Decent bitter/strong ale. Minimal aroma with a slightly malty flavor normally associate associated with English ales and a hint of hops bitterness on the finish. Good dark amber color and medium weight. Very quaffable.

On tap at McNellies OKC. Pours a clear reddish brown with a slight creamy ivory head. Not much of an aroma, but there are notes of malt, caramel and dark fruit. On the tongue, you can detect some nice chocolate, leather, smoke and a touch of prune. Medium oily mouth that lets the bitterness linger for a while. I dont typically drink a lot of bitters, but this one is really good despite the lack of aroma.
