Much better than the average Kolsch. Strong malt base with herb and grass. Slight spicy hops presence. Crisp and light. Nice clear golden color. theisti (4221) - Kansas, USA - FEB 17, 2017
Shaker pint draft at the Henry Hudson Public House in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The pour is a clear golden with a nice foamy white head. The aroma is malty grain, floral, with a bit of herbal. The taste is sweet yeasty, herbal floral with a bit of the malty grain under that. The palate is medium to light bodied with soft carbonation and the floral herbal finish. Tasty beer, not really my image of kolsch, but tasty. bartzluke (598) - Oklahoma, USA - JUL 16, 2016
12 oz pour from bottle into a pils glass. Hazy, tangerine color, nice foamy white head. Nose is a little citrus, a little cereal grain. Body is awesome. Light to medium, just short of crisp. Taste follows nose. Stays on the grainier side in a good way. Mildly bitter. jandd1983 (4637) - Wentzville, Missouri, USA - MAR 15, 2016
On tap at the O’Bar. It poured a cloudy yellow color with a white head. The aroma was of bread, straw and lemons. The taste was similar to the aroma with more bready malts, a touch of hops and a light body with nice carbonation. Nicely done. riversideAK (6265) - Shoreline, Washington, USA - JAN 6, 2016
Light sweet grain nose grass clippings. Gold pour thin head. Flavors of soft sweet grain a little cereal light grass. Drinks easily.

Tasted at Kansas City Beerfest at Union Station October, 2015. I had so many that this rating might be a bit off. ;) Bricktop86 (914) - Moore, Oklahoma, USA - OCT 3, 2015
