2.2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Pale gold pour with a ton of foamy clingy head. Clear. Fairly weak scent. Very unique. Bitter citrus, very very dry. Bread and baking soda. Grape in the finish. Not really enjoying this much. Everything is muted and somewhat weak. Needs something in there to give it more kick.
From notes at C’est What Summer Festival of Craft Breweries. Pours a nice golden colour with a nice lasting foamy white head and good lacing. Aroma is herbal, with nice bready yeast and malts. Flavour is also herbal, with yeast, malts and citrus. Nicely balanced. fiulijn (21516) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - OCT 14, 2012

Hazy blond color, with creamy head. Light aroma of crispy malts. The mouthfeel is quite weak and watery, light malt flavor, ordinary bitterness; very light spicy profile; ordinary bitterness.
Tap, pours a pale yellow, aroma is lighty spiced, the flavour has some nice spice and herbs and a good smooth finish, overall a good offering robinvboyer (4814) - Sturgeon Falls, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 14, 2012
Cloudy gold pour, small white head. Aroma of sharp grassy hops, and solid cereals. Light tropical fruit, and a medium bitterness, round out the lively carb. This to me is more of a belgian ale, im not getting many saison traits here.

Very pale gold cloudy saison with a smallish white cap, modest carbonation. Aroma has spice-floral-citrus tones over a biscuity malt base, much like a more floral/fruity witbier. Light body, slightly drying character , peppery mouth feel. The Flavour profile is much like the aroma without the fruity notes; nice biscuit malt spine with spice, citrus and ester notes, good balance from herbal hops, a bit of earthy-mustiness from the yeast, light easy clean, dry finish. A nice rendition of a saison, unfiltered and full of flavor but light and refreshing. herrbrown1974 (427) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 2, 2012
Cloudy yellow, thin white head. Pretty active. Earthy and funky aroma. Lemon, yeast, soft cheese, wet leaves, grass. Chewy. Mild bitterness throughout. Nice balance. Refreshing and smooth medium bitter finish. Nice. garthicus (2963) - Dublin, IRELAND - JUL 29, 2012
On tap at TFOB. Appearance: Cloudy yellow, small snow white head. Aroma: lemon, wheat, coriander, tons of yeast. Flavour: Refreshing fruity mouthfeel, lemon, bitter, coriander, lots of yeast and a wonderful hoppy yeast finish. HogTownHarry (7086) - Toronto (Harbourfront), CANADA - JUL 25, 2012
June 23, 2012 - on draught at Session, 2nd session. Pale gold/yellow with a minimal frothy white head - slightly hazy. Odd aroma - like a thinned down witbier - slightly floral and fruit-sweet (banana, pear), little alcohol - a bit dull. Taste follows, less fruit, more light grain, a bit papery. Slick, watery, weakly carbonated, a slightly unpleasant aftertaste (3-). Not too eager to have this again. blankboy (7884) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 23, 2012
Draught at C’est What Summer Festival of Craft Breweries, June 22. Pours a very bubbly gold with an average size lasting creamy white head and good lacing on the glass. Mild but pleasant aroma of herbs, some light sweetness, yeast, grain and grass.Flavour is herbal and yeasty along wheat, grain and citrus fruit. Average bodied. Very good, I quite enjoyed it.
