2013-07-14. Crisp golden yellow body with a nice foamy white head. 3++ Aroma has pleasantly fruity lemon nose, lightly leafy thyme is almost parsley like. 7+ Flavour is similar, pleasant zesty lemon, muted thyme notes. Average to light bodied palate, very soft carbonation. Light but pleasantly smooth. 3+ Not one I would reach for often I don’t think, but refreshing and enjoyable. On tap at Rhino Summer Beer Festival, Toronto

July 14, 2013 - at the Rhino Summer Beer Festival 2013. On cask. Slightly hazy refractive oily-looking brassy gold with a large lasting creamy white head (4+). Light slightly grainy golden ale aroma - grassy, a bit floral, softly sweet, some alcohol presence - just a hint of citrus zest in there, thyme herbal bitterness too. Taste follows, more lemon, great balance - a perfect light, slightly acidic sweetly herbal patio beer. Average body, mild carbonation, a little earthy in the quick finish - the thyme emerges in the aftertaste; simple, light, refreshing but interesting brew.

[5584-20130714] Tap. Gingersnap cookies laced with lemon aroma. Slightly hazy, light orange body with a long-lasting foamy white head. Lemon herbal ginger grains flavour. Medium body. Tasty. (7/3/7/3/14) 3.4

Cask at ’The Rhino Summer Beer Festival 2013’. Pours a hazy, deep copper-gold with a large long-lasting fluffy off-white head. Mild but nice aroma is herbal, fruity and hoppy. Herbal, lightly hoppy and fruity flavour -- a bit watery but not overly. Light to average bodied. Pretty good, a nice Summer ale.

Not great. Pours clear amber. Aroma of thyme and lemon but ok balance but I’m not sure it necessarily works as a beer. Slightly sweet and sour finish. On tap at Rhino summerfest.

UPDATED: JUL 19, 2013 Decent cask at the Rhino summer festival. Floral, a herbal tea experience. Decent drinkability. Cloudy golden, medium mouthful (for a cask).Kudos to Ken for brewing these pleasant casks.
