[email protected] Chriso Rock The Roof Down pre-GBBF shindig. Amber colour with small off-white head. Aroma is caramel malts with some mild bisquity notes and also very much fruity and floral hops and some mild honey as well. Flavour is very much fruity and floral hops in a quite bittery, but sweetish kind of way. Also has some maltyness and mild vanilla to it. A nice IIPA.

31st July 2010. ChrisOs Raise The Roof tasting.
Last beer (for me) of a long days tasting. Clear amber beer. Little white head. Semi soft and semi dry palate. Sweet hops - pineapple and mango - lovely and fresh. Finishes dry. Good stuff and great final beer!

Bottle shared at the Cads 10th Anniversary Tasting - CBC Clerkenwell, London. Thanks to Anders. Pours clear, rich gold with frothy white head. The nose holds some rindy citrus, pale bread, crackers, grain. Medium sweet flavor with more crackery pale malts, pine needles, rindy orange. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Lightly resinous to finish, warming, with more crackers and orange. So so.

Bottle at Cest What, Toronto
Hazy red-amber color; small head. Nice aroma of caramel and hops, a bit sweaty. Good toffee flavor; the mouthfeel is lean, no crystal; strong bitterness, providing nice orangey resins, and a tea final. Long end.
Very good, powerful but easy to drink.
